Additionally we welcome grids of Pre-1966 Grand Prix Cars of the HGPCA and 1950s Sports Racing Cars. Away from the track action, you are free to roam the Paddock where our competitors are always willing to chat and let spectators get up close to their precious cars – there is not atmosphere quite like it!

Moor to Sea Run
Sunday, May 20, 2012 -

Exeter MGOC's annual run will be exploring Exmoor and the north coast and they are confident that you will find it different and even better than Dartmoor. Devon is a big county with great variation and they are spoilt for choice. The sunshine has been ordered because you really like getting your hoods down.

The starting point will be different but, as for 2011, there will be an informal gathering on the Saturday evening for a drink or a meal to meet old friends and to make new ones. Above all, we want you to enjoy a happy event.

Early booking is advised as we hated refusing applications last year but there has to be a limit of 100 cars. Upon receipt of your application, you will be sent information on accommodation and directions to the start point.

The entry fee includes a route plan, 50th anniversary rally plaque, goody bag, coffee at the start and a cream tea(s) at the finish. These will all be available on the day.

Royal International Air Tattoo RAF Fairford
Saturday, July 07, 2012 -
Sunday, July 08, 2012

The Royal International Air Tattoo offers people the opportunity to display their vehicles in a unique environment, nestled among many of the world's greatest aircraft.
To build on the hugely popular vehicle display that featured at last years Air Tattoo, the world's largest military airshow will once again be looking for examples of Classic Cars as well as vintage, custom, competition, military, commercial and other interesting vehicles to compliment their 2007 static display. Particularly sought after are examples of American vehicles from the 1940s through to the present day to take part in a themed parade in the main arena in the central showground area and in a comprehensive static display. US vehicle owners will have the added bonus that RAF Fairford is a US base and so, essentially, they will have the chance to display on 'home turf'.
