A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our readers
Soon be Christmas! Looking forward to our Chrimbo party and
the Torquay weekend - that’s usually good for a laugh or
two.
Have you all checked out your cars for Winter? You know - antifreeze,
tyres, washer bottle etc. Do it soon, don’t get caught out!
Garry and I are making plans to get some new Club regalia.
Hopefully we will have some stock for January Club Night - sweatshirts,
jackets, brollies, t-shirts etc. If we don’t have what you
want you can choose from the catalogue and we will order for February
Club Night.

Gosh! The end of another year already. At the time of writing
several of us are looking forward to our annual BAMGOC getaway
weekend to Torquay – and some of us need it more than others
I can tell you!! Many thanks to Sue, and Santa of course for organising
the weekend and its festivities.
In the New Year we have our Cobweb Run to look forward to on
Sunday 8th, as expecting sober driving on the 1st could be asking
too much. There are already lots of events listed for 2012, and
many more to follow – Silverstone MG weekend being one of
them – it is a pity more do not venture up with us die hards
- great weekend with wall to wall MG’s and their paraphernalia,
not to mention the racing.
We hope to see many of you at Christmas club night, remember
to save the forests and your pockets – put your Christmas
greetings to fellow club members on the club web site –
Pauline has rigged up a great way to do this.
As Chris has mentioned, ensure your MG’s and other cars
are geared up for winter - need some advice – ask the Chairman!
Pauline and I wish you a very Happy Christmas and a Healthy
and Peaceful New Year, and would like to extend thanks to all
of those who have contributed to the magazine over the past year
– keep it up for 2012!

It takes all of two minutes to stop and take a picture; how many
of you now own a digital camera? How many of you own a computer?
It would be lovely to feature some members cars being used as
they should each month. It is so simple to email them, just say
who its from and where it was taken, if you wish to write more
