Member's Cars

The magazine, in conjunction with this website, is collecting pictures for the online gallery and for one each month in the magazine. The format, for the magazine, will be answers to a series of questions plus a short piece by the owner as to why they have the car.

No more than 100 words so it is not a daunting process. Is the car driven by both and do you both enjoy ownership. Have you taken it to interesting or exotic places i.e. Brean Down! France, Scotland, anywhere? Send a picture at no more than 600 pixels along the longest edge (preferably no bigger than 100kb - for help on resizing pictures click this icon ) but if you are unsure, just email Trevor or CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR CAR!

How often does it go out?: frequently
Who cleans and polishes it?: me
Your most enjoyable drive?: annual Le Mans trip
Stories about car: I enjoy driving the car because it's so different from my recently-purchased Dagenham dustbin - noisy, cold, poor brakes, thirsty engine, heavy steering, etc. Usual MG attributes! But once on the move all the above shortcomings disappear with the back-to-basic driving required of such a car. And of course meeting the inevitable old fart who stops to reminisce about the time he owned an MG. It's a different world!
