BAMGOC- Annual General Meeting - 9th October 2019

Dear BAMGOC Member We would like to invite you to the club’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on club night Wednesday 9th October. A nomination form can be downloaded HERE for you to print out, complete and return. Usually the formal business takes only a short time, but it is important that you attend if at all possible. To soften the blow we will try to arrange a quiz or other entertainment to follow. This is your club and your opportunity to raise any points you would like to be considered, whether it is an event or any aspect of the way your club is run. All of the committee step down at the AGM, and the club would not evolve without change, so if you feel you have a couple of hours a month free, please volunteer your services. If you would like to know what the roles entail please contact any committee member, but most importantly the committee work as a team so no task becomes too onerous. We look forward to seeing you all on 9th October. Kind regards Pauline Leverett Area Secretary area.sec@bamgoc.co.uk 01934 833648
